With Crayola Scissors, carefully cut Crayola Color Explosion™ paper to fit around the outside of a clean, recycled container, leaving a slight overlap. Cut a strip of Color Explosion™ paper about 1 inch (2.54 cm) wide to fit around the can.

Fold the strip in half lengthwise. Use your color-reveal markers and Crayola Glitter Glue to decorate one half of the strip. Cut fringe in the decorated side. With Crayola School Glue, attach the strip to the top edge of the container so the fringe sticks out. Air-dry the glue.

Punch holes all over the larger piece of Color Explosion™ paper. Glue small scraps of brightly colored paper behind each hole for accents. Use color-reveal markers to create a unique pattern all over the paper. Add glitzy decorative accents with Glitter Glue! Air-dry.
