This project is all about combining shapes and colors into a dramatic look you like. Our example uses "hot" colors (red, orange, and yellow) and "cool" colors (green, blue, and purple) in different stacks.

Use Crayola Scissors to make large diamonds and triangles—or any shapes you like. Attach them to black paper with self-stick pop dots.

Cut smaller versions of the same shapes in different colors, and attach again with dots. Keep cutting smaller and smaller shapes and attaching them with dots until your stacks see just right.

Whatever shapes you choose, your composition will be eye-popping because of the black space that shows between the shapes. Experiment with different color effects!
