Why don't Crayola Crayon label colors match the crayons?

We currently use 13 different colored labels for CRAYOLA Crayons. The labels are made of vat dyed construction paper and purchased through an outside vendor. We manufacture more than 120 different Crayola Crayon colors, however, we do not have a crayon label to match each of these colors.
