1. Take a separate, plain piece of paper, and fold one of the long sides up to form a brim. 2. Make a cone shape by taping the top left and top right corners (A and B) together. 3. Decorate the dragon's head and wings using Crayola® crayons, markers, glitter glue, ribbon, yarn, or other craft items. Then cut them out. 4. Glue or tape the dragon's head and wings to the cone you made for a fun hat you can wear!
