1.
Work in small groups to create big, bright, bold banners. Choose several sheets of Crayola Neon Color Explosion® Paper. Cut them into interesting shapes if you like. Punch holes in the edges of your banner that will connect with each other. Lace the sheets together with ribbon.
2.
Cut out contrasting Neon Color Explosion letters for your favorite cheer or team name. Cut out designs such as your school mascot. Decorate the pieces with Neon Color Explosion Markers. You might outline the letters or fill them with dots or lines so they really stand out. Attach your designs to the banner with self-adhesive dots.
3.
Cut out narrow strips of Neon Color Explosion Paper. Decorate them. Wind the strips around marker barrels to make colorful spirals. Punch holes along the outside edges of the banner. Tie your spirals to the holes with ribbon.
4.
Punch holes along the top of the banner. Tie the banner to the dowel stick. Tie ribbon to the dowel. Hang your banner indoors to cheer your team on to victory!
