As seasons change, many people like to change their home decorations as well! Many people plant flowers every spring, or display pumpkins and scarecrows in the fall. What seasonal decorations do you see around your home? What is your favorite time of year to decorate?

Create one-of-a-kind designs for your favorite season or holiday on a fabric tablecloth! Use your imagination to draw decorative images with Crayola Bright Fabric Markers. For best results, use 100% cotton fabric. Place a piece of paper underneath the drawing area to prevent bleed through. Draw colorful symbols, shapes, and swirls, making sure you saturate the cloth. Use several layers of marker for the brightest, boldest colors!

Stain Advisement: Fabric markers are permanent on clothing and contain colorants that may stain household surfaces. Wear a smock to protect clothing and cover your work surface. Recap markers as soon as possible and store in a horizontal position. Do not shake markers.

After completing the decorative tablecloth, repeat the steps above on a covered work area and design a set of matching seasonal fabric napkins as well!

When you are finished, ask an adult to iron your design. Set iron on cotton setting and iron on the reverse side using a back and forth motion for 4 minutes. Or place garment in the dryer for 30 minutes on the hottest setting. This will fix the color to the fabric.
