Twinkle, twinkle....craft these easy stars for sun catchers or holiday ornaments. Decorate packages or give stars as gifts, too.
1.
Cover your art area with recycled newspaper. Shape a colorful chenille stick into a star or any shape you like. Lay it flat on a recycled plastic container lid. Make a whole constellation if you wish!
2.
Pour some Crayola® School Glue into a small paper cup. Add a few drops of Crayola Washable Kid’s Paint. Mix with a craft stick.
3.
Gently pour the mixture into the star form. It will dry clear.
4.
Air-dry the star at least 24 hours. Add a second layer of the glue/paint mixture if you wish.
5.
Gently pull the dry star from the plastic lid. Slide ribbon or yarn between the chenille stick and the molded glue to make a hanger.
