Set a special place at the table with this Crayola® Factory™ wishing star placemat. Sharing meals and dreams with each other can make everyone's wishes come true.
1.
To make the background for your placemat, use a large piece of white construction paper or a recycled file folder opened flat. Cut the paper to the shape and size you want.
2.
Remove the paper wrapping from Crayola Crayons. Place interesting textured items (such as a rubber jar gripper) under the placemat. Color over the bumpy surface with the sides of your crayons to make crayon rubbings.
3.
On white construction paper or a recycled file folder, draw several stars with crayons. Write wishes on your stars. Use a Crayola Glue Stick to glue your wishing stars onto your placemat.
4.
Cover your mat with clear, plastic adhesive such as Con-Tact® paper.
