Roses are red, Violets are blue, Kids love to make Art just for you! Children explore written language, art, and self-expression with these heartfelt, handmade cards.
1.
Fold construction paper in half to create a card for someone special.
2.
Draw a heart shape with Crayola® Twistables™ Crayons on the front of the card.
3.
Cut out the heart with Crayola Scissors. Ask an adult to help you poke the scissors through the front of the card or gently fold in the middle of the heart so you cut out only the heart shape.
4.
Draw and write a message or poem on the inside of the card so that it can be seen through the cut-out heart shape. Draw pictures to illustrate your message.
5.
Add decorations and designs with crayons and Crayola Glitter Glue.
