With just a few snips of the scissors you can make a 3D holiday scene!
1.
Fold one piece of Crayola Neon Color Explosion Paper in half.
2.
Use Crayola Scissors to cut a long line about 2 inches from the edge starting at the fold and going toward the open end, stopping about 3 finger-widths from the edge.
3.
Cut another line about a half inch apart from the first. Make this one about a half-inch shorter than the first line.
4.
Continue cutting shorter and shorter lines a half-inch apart until your final line is only about a half-inch long.
5.
Each line you cut created a narrow folded piece. Fold each piece in both directions, creasing with your fingers.
6.
Now open the folded paper and fold it the opposite way, so the outside of the paper is now the inside of the paper. Press on the crease. Open and flatten the paper once more.
7.
Carefully fold the paper, slowly pressing the pieces toward the inside of the fold. Can you see your tree?
8.
Now have some fun decorating your tree with Neon Explosion Markers! Don’t forget to decorate the wall around the tree, too!
