    Gymnastics is a popular sport. It inspires many young gymnasts to train hard. Gymnasts weather many falls and disappointments to practice this ancient sport.

    Sketch on paper your favorite competitive gymnastic events with Crayola® Erasable Colored Pencils. What equipment is used? Who is competing?

    With Crayola Scissors, cut off the edges of a recycled file folder to form a smaller rectangle that includes the fold. Draw the gymnastics equipment on file folder scraps. These could include the horse, rings, parallel bars, balance beam, or trampoline. Color and cut out each piece.

    To make the equipment pop up, close the folder along fold. Make two parallel cuts through the fold for each pop-up piece. The length of the cut should be at least as high as the pop-up piece. Fold up the flap created between each pair of cuts and then fol

    With the flaps standing up, attach your equipment cutouts to the perpendicular side of the flap with Crayola School Glue. Make sure that the cutouts lie down smoothly when the folder is closed. Dry.

    Draw the gymnasts as they leap upon, over, or on top of the gymnastic apparatus on the upright piece of file folder. Make sure you draw them so they look like they are touching the pop-up. Finish coloring the background and foreground. Why not put your gy
