Cut cardboard tubes into several bell-size sections with Crayola® Scissors.

Use a silver Crayola Metallic FX Crayons to color your tube sections.

Press on one end of each tube and trim the corners to form rounded tops on your bells. Punch a hole in the center of trimmed edges. Glue the trimmed edges together with Crayola School Glue. Dry.
4.
Decorate your bells with Crayola Glitter Glue. Dry.
5.
Place ribbons through bell holes. Tie bells to a longer ribbon to go across a doorway or window. Attach several bells to your garland for holiday cheer!
