Fold a piece of Neon Color Explosion in half to create a card. Choose to make one of the cards shown or use your imagination to make up your own design.

To make the butterfly design, trim the card down to a square shape. Cut out squares in different colors and use a glue stick to attach them to the card. Draw a butterfly on another piece of paper. To create the "bloom" design, trim about an inch (2.54 cm) from one end of the card. This will allow the other side of the paper to show so you can see two colors at once.
